Drive the strategic alignment and commercialization of Penumbra’s product portfolio in Germany, while building and elevating the Penumbra brand through dedicated, market-specific campaigns., Supporting management in the development of EMEA annual marketing plans and lead country marketing plan., Regular visits at customers, especially KOL`s., For product development, as well as for the development of product strategies with EMEA marketing and Global Marketing., Planning and executing product launches in close cooperation with the EMEA marketing team and Country Sales team., Planning and coordinating congresses and Medical Education in collaboration with EMEA Events coordination team, To identify potentials by means of market research, determine needs and wishes of our customers/KOLs, translate these into product strategies and tactics and create all necessary business cases and return-on-investment analyses., Developing recommendations on the type and scope of current and future product lines, review product specifications and requirements and evaluate new product ideas and/or product changes., Assess and identify areas where the Sales team may benefit from further development, and work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to implement appropriate training initiatives., To carry out market observations, assess the competition and draw up product comparisons., To lead and support product access negotiations in your country.
