Lead national and international agile projects of varying size and complexity within the healthcare industry, Act as a primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients as well as clients from all over the world, Manage client expectations and build strong, positive relationships, Rigorously track and manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, Define mid- to long-term roadmaps and prioritize tasks for the project team, Ensure compliance with client-defined standards and processes, Translate business needs into deliverables such as functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical designs, Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and fellow project managers about progress, risks, and roadblocks, Monitor team performance, fostering motivation and a can-do attitude, Prepare regular project updates, reports, and proposals as needed and deliver presentations internally and externally with confidence and clarity
