Support IT operations like identity and access and asset management (Azure Entra ID / Active Directory), Help build and maintain dashboards to monitor systems and services using tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Netdata, Assist with log collection and analysis using Prometheus, Wazuh, or other observability tools, Contribute to container-based infrastructure (e.g. Docker, Portainer, Traefik) and automation workflows, Participate in IT security compliance projects (e.g. NIS2, ISO 27001) through documentation, reporting, and testing, Providing first- and second-level support with ext. service providers for end users across hardware, software, and network issues, Support internal knowledge management and documentation of IT processes, Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed, Collaborate on security-focused projects in a lab/test environment
