Deine Mission – das erwartet dich bei uns:
- Frameworks & Policies – Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von AI‑Richtlinien, Standards, Rollenmodellen sowie Governance‑ und Entscheidungsprozessen entlang des gesamten AI Lifecycles, um einen regelkonformen und geschäftsorientierten AI‑Einsatz sicherzustellen.
- Prozesse & Operating Model – Dokumentation, Anwendung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von AI‑Governance‑Prozessen sowie operative Unterstützung von Projekten und Fachbereichen bei deren Umsetzung im Alltag.
- Portfolio & Reporting – Aufbau und Pflege von Portfolio‑, KPI‑ und Management‑Reportings inklusive Dashboards, Auswertungen und Übersichten zu AI‑Tools, Use Cases und laufenden AI‑Initiativen.
- Trainings & Enablement – Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings sowie Enablement‑Formaten im AI‑Governance‑Umfeld und aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Moderation von Community‑Formaten zur Stärkung der AI‑Nutzung.
- Change & Beratung – Begleitung von Change‑ und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zu neuen Data‑ und AI‑Prozessen und ‑Tools, Erstellung von Enablement‑Materialien sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche zu AI‑Governance, verantwortungsvollem AI‑Einsatz und Datenethik.
Dein Profil – das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen durch einschlägige Berufspraxis.
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld AI, Data, Analytics, Governance, Prozesse oder vergleichbaren Themenfeldern.
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an Governance‑, Prozess‑ oder Framework‑Themen sowie in der operativen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Methoden.
