Take the next step in M&A — exclusively in the energy transition
Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory is a boutique M&A and strategy advisory firm focused on small to medium-sized companies across Europe’s renewable energy and cleantech markets. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Berlin, we support companies and investors in M&A transactions across the energy transition.
Apricum’s investment banking business is growing fast, and we need more M&A execution capacity to support our clients in driving the energy transition. We are looking for an Analyst in our Berlin team whose personal growth can keep pace with ours. We are highly collaborative and promote only team players.
You will work with corporates, investment funds and growth companies on asset and corporate M&A or private capital markets mandates, in close collaboration with the Managing Partner.
This role is home-based, ideally in or near Berlin, working with colleagues across our team and senior advisor network in person as needed and virtually day to day. For an outstanding candidate, we would consider other European locations. We invest in regular in-person gatherings to keep our culture strong despite our distributed way of working.

Work on sell-side and buy-side corporate M&A transactions, mainly in the European market, at a renowned advisory boutique
Manage transactions with increasing autonomy under the Managing Partner
Join a small, high-caliber team with deep sector expertise

Work remotely from your home base, ideally in or near Berlin, and join company events in Berlin
Grow with the company and take on new opportunities as it expands
Build industry expertise that investment banks rarely match
