We are looking for a motivated and experienced Investment Manager (all genders) to join our Berlin based team.

Your responsibilities will include:

You are guiding projects (Onshore Wind, BESS, Solar) through the investment cycle whilst maintain a position at the forefront of transactions on the buy- and sell-side from inception until closing.
You are utilizing your existing and further growing network to renewable energy developers in the German market and originate a constant deal flow.
You perform best-in-class investment valuations with established valuation methods (e.g. DCF, multiples, etc.) and make sure that you are always on top of the numbers with audit-proof quality ready for investment approval.
You assist in negotiations of relevant transaction contracts (NBO, SPA, PDA, EPC, TMA, Facility Agreements, PPA, etc.) in close collaboration with other internal teams and suite of top tier advisers.
You are drafting information materials, IC documentation and other internal presentations as relevant.
You manage packages of the due diligence process vis-à-vis internal cross-functional teams, sellers, investors and lenders whilst ensuring projects meet international bankability requirements and transaction timeframes.
You consistently perform market research in the energy sector and translate the contents into solid commercial decisions.

Requirements

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
You have at least 4 years of experience from a project finance lending institution, private equity, infra fund, developer or adviser preferably within the renewable energy or other alternative infrastructure sectors, Onshore Wind or BESS experience is preferred.
