Chief Product Officer

We are looking for a head of Product team who has 4+ years of relevant experience in Fintech/sustainability B2B startups and proven track record in launching and developing B2B SaaS solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Development and Implementation of strategic (long-term and short-term) plans for development of products on the Evercity platform together with Product Owner
• Roadmap and release plans creation and prioritizing, evaluating product progress at each iteration, overseeing Product backlog
• Determination of product requirements, risks and necessary resources assessment
• Generation, analysis and testing of hypotheses and ideas for product improvement
• Researching and monitoring developments related to regulation, reporting frameworks, voluntary commitments, and certification bodies to understand evolving market standards and client preferences across regions
• Market trends assessment, competitor analysis and target audience identification
• Customer development: problems and needs of customers Identification
• Collecting user feedback and experience and transforming it into the product development
• Users scaling by personal negotiations and pilot sales
• Product team management: identifying scope of work, roles, responsibilities; managing project schedules, action items and task completion
• Proactive support of the objectives, success of the team and leadership: we all work together on all things

Requirements:

• Strong passion for sustainability and digital technologies
• Minimum 4 years of experience experience as a CPO/Senior Product Manager in Fintech company/IT startup
• Understanding of the fundamentals of investment management and/or sustainability
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate multiple workstreams across several stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• You are good at communicating and public speaking, learning new skills and approaches
