Du willst nicht nur arbeiten – du willst aufbauen. Wir suchen einen Co-founder, der gemeinsam mit Dominik Oceanmata zur führenden nachhaltigen Consumer Brand Europas entwickelt. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Operations, Finanzen und Skalierung – und bringst echte Leidenschaft für unsere Mission mit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Führung der operativen Strukturen (Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Finanzen)
- Skalierung des Teams: Recruiting, Onboarding, Unternehmenskultur
- Steuerung von KPIs, Budgetplanung und Controlling
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells gemeinsam mit dem Founder
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce / DTC-Brands sowie echte Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit
- Du hast schon Teams oder Unternehmen aufgebaut
