We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Email Marketing Manager to manage our e-commerce customer communications and help strengthen retention at ooia.

You will work independently within a small team and directly with our CEO. The role is suitable for someone with at least one year of relevant experience. The final title and scope will reflect your experience.

ooia is an independent e-commerce and female empowerment brand based in Berlin.

We create physical products designed around the needs of women’s bodies. Our hero product is period underwear, but our product range extends beyond it.

Your responsibilities

Plan, create and send our regular email newsletters.
Manage the complete newsletter process, including content planning, copywriting, briefing, setup, quality assurance and scheduling.
Develop and improve automated customer journeys, including welcome, post-purchase, repeat-purchase, reactivation and win-back flows.
Analyse e-commerce customer behaviour, order history and product data to create relevant customer segments.
Conduct A/B tests to improve content, subject lines, offers, timing and customer journeys.
Support the development of wider marketing campaigns and create or adapt German copy for different customer touchpoints.
Help us better understand our customers through surveys, feedback and customer-service insights.
Track and report on e-commerce CRM performance, including revenue, active customers, list size, repeat-purchase rate, retention, Customer Lifetime Value, engagement and deliverability.
