somnio is the first permanently approved Digital Health Application (DiGA) for the treatment of sleep onset and maintenance disorders (insomnia). The app is based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and enables users to sustainably improve their sleep behavior. The effectiveness of somnio has been demonstrated in clinical studies and awarded the highest rating by Stiftung Warentest.
actensio is a DiGA for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It offers a guideline-compliant therapy option that supports patients in implementing recommended lifestyle changes to reduce their personal risk of heart attack and stroke. The effectiveness of actensio has also been confirmed in clinical studies.
