The Peace Village is looking for an employee (m/f/d) for its educational program (part-time employment)

The Friedensdorf Education Center is the third pillar of FRIEDENSDORF INTERNATIONAL and has been a family education center under the North Rhine-Westphalia Continuing Education Act since 2004. Its goal is to awaken a peaceful and humanitarian awareness among people in Germany and to contribute to the peaceful coexistence of all people.

Key areas of activity include the implementation of peace education work by FRIEDENSDORF INTERNATIONAL and the continuous development of the family and adult education program.

We are looking for someone to support the team on a part-time basis (minijob) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Assisting with the organization and execution of weekend seminars, conferences and retreats, as well as supporting seminar sessions.
• Practical tasks, such as checking the cleanliness of the meeting place and the overnight accommodations and, if necessary, making improvements, are also part of the job description.
• The work within our team is very diverse, and working hours are handled flexibly.

You bring the following with you:

• We are looking for a person who enjoys working with people, is interested in the work of the Peace Village, and possesses a high level of teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• A high level of performance and commitment, as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly, are required.
• A car driving license is required.
• The work is very diverse, and working hours are flexible, including weekend shifts.
