The GWW is a visionary social enterprise that has been developing progressive solutions for people with disabilities in the districts of Böblingen and Calw for almost 50 years. The company offers a wide range of services, including Bildung, Arbeit, Wohnen, Förderung und Betreuung for adults and seniors.

Key Products and Services

Medizintechnik: The GWW is certified according to ISO 13485 and offers assembly, production and logistics services in medical technology.
Automobilzulieferer und Dienstleister: Customers benefit from modern technologies and comprehensive expertise in these areas.
Werkstätten und Wohnstätten: The GWW operates over 20 facilities with approximately 1,300 places for people with disabilities, including over 1,000 jobs and around 350 residential places.

Main Mission and Values

The main mission of the GWW is to enable people with disabilities to participate in social life. This is achieved by providing jobs and housing, as well as the necessary assistance and support services. The company's values are based on Toleranz, Respekt, Fairness, Wertschätzung und Gleichbehandlung.

Sustainability Goals and Initiatives

The GWW is committed to Vielfalt und Inklusion. Since 2010, the company has been promoting cultural diversity and offering training in cultural sensitivity. The GWW has signed the Charta der Vielfalt and participates in intercultural projects. In addition, people from 49 different countries work in the company, which further strengthens cultural diversity.

Cooperations and Networks

The GWW is part of the Campus Mensch, a community of social enterprises that jointly develop solutions for people with disadvantages. Other partners include Femos, 1a Zugang and the Stiftung Zenit. These cooperations make it possible to offer comprehensive support and permeability for people with disabilities.
