#WEAREPLASTICFREE - Are you?

During our semester abroad in Indonesia, we, Kevin and Daniel, witnessed for ourselves how the earth is suffering from increasing littering. Inspired by local initiatives fighting for a plastic-free Indonesia, we also want to pay more attention to the issue in Germany, promote plastic alternatives and help to ensure that we live up to our global pioneering role. That's why we founded #IAMPLASTICFREE 5 years ago.

We started with our #IAMPLASTICFREE drinking straws and our portfolio now includes various plastic-free disposable and reusable items as well as packaging materials. Our customers include numerous hotels (25hours, Upstalsboom, Atlantic), restaurants (Mutterland, Neni's), bars (Boilerman Bar, Strandpauli) and retailers (Rewe, Edeka). But this is just the beginning.

To drive forward our little plastic-free revolution, we are looking for energetic reinforcement as (Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks: Research, make phone calls, revolutionize

• You are (mainly) responsible for researching potential partners/customers, especially from the HoReCa industry
• You are committed to a smooth sales process by conducting initial discussions with interested parties and following up with customers if an answer is still pending
• In addition to our new customers, you will also actively support our existing customers
• You always keep an eye on your sales pipeline and independently enter all the necessary information into our CRM (Hubspot)
• You will also work together with the team on the continuous development of our product portfolio

Your profile: Independent, communicative, revolutionary

• You are a passionate salesperson and enjoy acquiring new customers/cold leads
• You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (with a focus on sales/sales, marketing or similar)
• You have very good communication skills (also on the phone), are articulate and can quickly adapt to new people and listen actively
