Your role

We're looking for a Lead Engineer (f/m/x) to lead one of our engineering pods and take ownership of a core module of our platform.

As a Lead Engineer, you will lead a pod of 2-4 engineers and take end to end ownership of the modules your team is responsible for. Most of your time will be spent hands-on: shipping code and architecting larger features. Beyond the code, you'll partner closely with your Product Manager to clarify product requirements, remove obstacles, and guide technical decisions, while also shaping our broader technical capabilities and engineering culture.
