Wir suchen Sie für unser Notariat in Berlin als Notarfachangestellte (w/m/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von notariellen Urkunden (z.B. Kaufverträge, Testamente, Gesellschaftsverträge)
- Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden
- Führung und Überwachung von Fristen und Wiedervorlagen
- Aktenverwaltung und -organisation
- Unterstützung der Notare bei der täglichen Arbeit
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/r oder Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in der notariellen Software (z.B. notar, DOK) sind von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
