Job Description

Responsible for the technical management and supervision of the plant, ensuring and optimising the plant's energy production, availability and PR objectives
Planning and managing of the productive/preventive/corrective actions of the plant coordinating the different work teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of production
Guiding, delegating and communicating with subcontractor, local technicians and assistants
Verifying the fulfilment of tasks and plans. Evaluating objectives, observe and manage the resolution of possible deviations within the area of responsibility
Actively participate in the optimisation of the plant's procedures with improvement proposals focused on, for example, reducing costs or increasing productivity
Defining work procedures for all activities to be carried out to ensure the safety of operators as well as the safety of equipment and installations
Carrying out maintenance checklists that include the indications of maintenance manuals of all equipment and installations and ensure the correct execution of the works
Monitoring of the plant control system through various applications
Contact for Asset Owner, related departments and subcontractor of the plant
Management of ground keeping activities
Support HSE officer in health and safety topics and tasks
Reporting and documentation
Warranty tracking, spare parts management
On-call service on weekends
