BE PART OF THE TEAM
As a project manager, you drive the successful delivery of headquarter projects at MSF-Germany by coordinating between stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of resources, achieving defined outputs or outcomes.
As a team member, you will support our projects on site - without actually being there. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Plan and execute projects in alignment with the MSF-G project management framework and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, within quality requirements.
Develop project requests and business cases by translating initial ideas into plans to facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making.”Lead and motivate project teams in line with project goals to foster engagement, collaboration, and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective project governance through structured collaboration with the project sponsor and steering committee to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining transparent and proactive communication to secure alignment, support, and satisfaction.
Contribute to the strategic development of the Project Management Office by improving project management practices, tools, and processes to improve the overall maturity and effectiveness of project management practices.
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, planning execution, monitoring and closure and ensuring delivery within scope, budget and time.
The following professional qualifications and personal qualities are important to us:
4 years of professional experience as a project management role, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure. Experience managing projects within an office environment, specifically focused on digitization, digital transformation, process improvement, organizational change, or IT implementation.
English and German: You can communicate fluently and effectively in complex professional contexts (C1 level)
Proficient use of MS Office or comparable IT application skills
Proficient knowledge in project management software solutions
Proven ability in applying project management frameworks for project development, planning, execution, and control

From 4.020€ to max. 5.084€ starting salary (for full-time employment) + 13th monthly salary
