Project Manager, Science (f/m/d)

Who you are:

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related technical field
• Depth of experience in R&D related project management and coordination
• Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence, or similar tools/technology
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear communicator who follows through and keeps teams aligned
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Nice to have’s:

• Background in physics, optics, experimental science, or hardware development
• Exposure to lab infrastructure
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methods
• Comfortable working in hardware, lab, or R&D environments
