Your Role

As a Quality Specialist Cosmetics (m/f/d) in our laboratory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our cosmetic products. You will be responsible for a variety of analytical tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes.

Your Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine analytical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established methods and specifications.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.
Document all laboratory activities, results, and deviations accurately and in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Participate in method validation and verification activities.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices in cosmetic quality control.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure product quality and compliance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
