AlsSenior UX Designer (all genders) übernimmst Du die strategische Verantwortung für die User Experience unseres Webshops. Du analysierst komplexe Customer Journeys, identifizierst systematische Reibungspunkte und entwickelst datenbasierte UX-Strategien, die Conversion, Klarheit und Markenbindung nachhaltig steigern.

Du verbindest Nutzerperspektive, Business-Ziele und technische Machbarkeit – und triffst fundierte Designentscheidungen mit messbarem Impact. Gemeinsam mit E-Commerce, Creative, Tech und externen Partner*innen gestaltest Du eine Shop-Experience, die funktional überzeugt und unsere Marke digital erlebbar macht.

Die Rolle ist sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit (mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche) möglich.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Du analysierst unsere Customer Journeys ganzheitlich (Navigation, Listing, Filter, PDP, Cart, Checkout) und leitest aus NPS-Feedback, qualitativen Insights und Conversion-Daten strategische UX-Maßnahmen ab.
Du priorisierst Optimierungsinitiativen entlang von Business-Impact, Aufwand und Skalierbarkeit und übernimmst Ownership für komplette Flows.
Du konzipierst komplexe User Flows, Wireframes und Prototypen für neue Features und strategische Roadmap-Themen.
Du begleitest A/B-Tests von der Hypothese bis zur Auswertung, interpretierst Ergebnisse eigenständig und entwickelst datenbasierte UX-Standards weiter.
Du entwickelst unsere funktionalen UI-Komponenten und Design-Patterns weiter, denkst konsequent Mobile First und barrierefrei.
Du challengest Anforderungen aus Business- oder Markenperspektive konstruktiv und vertrittst Designentscheidungen argumentativ gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholder*innen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Mehrjährige Erfahrungals UX Designer im E-Commerce, mit klarer Verantwortung für Conversion-relevante Shop-Flows.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Optimierung komplexer Customer Journeys mit messbarem Impact auf KPIs.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Shopify-Umfeldern sowie ein Verständnis technischer Abhängigkeiten zwischen UX, Frontend und App-Architektur.
Ausgeprägte Stärke in der Interpretation qualitativer und quantitativer Daten(NPS, Heatmaps, Funnel-Analysen, Conversion-Daten).
Sehr gute Figma-Skillssowie solides Verständnis von HTML, CSS und grundlegenden Frontend-Logiken (z. B. Liquid).
Ein strategisches Mindset, Priorisierungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, UX-Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben.
Kommunikationsstä****rke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit mit Onsite, Creative, Tech und externen Partner*innen.

As a Senior UX Designer (all genders), you take strategic ownership of the user experience of our webshop. You analyze complex customer journeys, identify systematic friction points, and develop data-driven UX strategies that sustainably improve conversion, clarity, and brand loyalty.

You connect user perspective, business goals, and technical feasibility — making well-founded design decisions with measurable impact. Together with E-Commerce, Creative, Tech, and external partners, you shape a shop experience that is both highly functional and a true digital expression of our brand.

The role can be filled either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).

What is the job about?

You analyze our customer journeys holistically (navigation, listing, filters, PDP, cart, checkout) and derive strategic UX initiatives from NPS feedback, qualitative insights, and conversion data.
You prioritize optimization initiatives based on business impact, effort, and scalability, taking ownership of entire flows.
You design complex user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and strategic roadmap topics.
You support A/B tests from hypothesis to evaluation, independently interpret results, and further develop data-based UX standards.
You continuously refine our functional UI components and design patterns, thinking mobile-first and accessibility-first.
You constructively challenge requirements from a business or brand perspective and confidently represent design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

Several years of experience as a UX Designer in E-Commerce, with clear ownership of conversion-relevant shop flows.
Proven success in optimizing complex customer journeys with measurable KPI impact.
Strong experience in Shopify environments and understanding of dependencies between UX, frontend, and app architecture.
Advanced ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data (NPS, heatmaps, funnel analyses, conversion data).
Excellent Figma skills and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic frontend logics (e.g., Liquid).
A strategic mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to independently drive UX initiatives.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of close collaboration with Onsite, Creative, Tech, and external partners.
