Your responsibilities:

Assist the International Marketing & Sales Team in organizing and conducting campus tours for prospective students, parents, and education agents
Support incoming students with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition to campus life
Provide administrative and logistical support for events, fairs, and information sessions on and off campus
Contribute to the preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for recruitment purposes
Help maintain and update databases, contact lists, and event documentation
Collaborate with our team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the student experience

Your profile:

Currently studying at a university
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluency in English, an addititional languange (Spanish, Arabic, Turkish) is preferred
