The Ausbildungsverbund Lüneburg e.V. (ALÜ) is an established institution in the region dedicated to promoting and shaping vocational training. With the motto "SCHREIBE EINE BEWERBUNG UND DU HAST SIE ALLE!" (WRITE AN APPLICATION AND YOU HAVE THEM ALL!), ALÜ positions itself as a central point of contact for young people and companies striving for successful training.

ALÜ sees itself as a link between those interested in training and renowned partner companies in the Lüneburg region. It offers a wide range of apprenticeships in various fields, including industrial-technical as well as IT and office professions.

Core services for trainees:

• All-round support: ALÜ supports trainees throughout their entire training period and is available to advise and assist them.
• Additional qualifications: In addition to regular training, ALÜ offers further training courses to expand the skills of the trainees.
• Exam preparations: To ensure successful completion, ALÜ supports trainees with targeted exam preparations.
• Trainee exchange: ALÜ offers the opportunity to participate in trainee projects.

Core services for companies:

• Overall organization: ALÜ takes over the complete organization of the training, from planning to implementation.
• Recruiting and pre-selection: Companies benefit from professional support in the search and selection of suitable trainees.
• Personnel administration: ALÜ relieves companies of administrative tasks in the area of personnel administration.
• Training planning: ALÜ supports companies in the creation of training plans.
• Organization of vocational school and IHK: ALÜ takes over the organization of vocational school and IHK.

ALÜ is proud to be one of the largest trainers in the region with around 30 apprenticeships each year. Close cooperation with over 50 partner companies ensures practical and future-oriented training.

A special highlight is the "Nacht der Ausbildung" (Night of Training), an event that offers young people the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the local working world and get to know various professions and companies.
