HPZ St. Laurentius-Warburg is a curative education therapy and support center dedicated to "Living Together". It offers a diverse range of services for children, adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities, often associated with mental disorders and physical impairments.

HPZ St. Laurentius-Warburg offers differentiated services in family-oriented residential communities, where residents receive individual support on their way to a life of self-determination and independence. Employees and residents shape life together hand in hand.

Core services:

• Living and Assistance: Supervised residential communities for children, adolescents and adults that offer a family environment and individual support.
• Laurentius-Schule: A school of its own that caters to the special needs of the students.
• Day care center and senior meeting place: Offers for adults and seniors to promote participation and activity.
• Specialist services: Comprehensive care by health experts, nurses and pastoral workers.
• Service: Offers such as Haus Bethlehem (education and meeting center), sports and swimming halls, library and economic services that enrich life at the HPZ.
• Consultation: Support for those affected, parents and relatives.

HPZ St. Laurentius-Warburg pursues the goal of enabling people with disabilities to live a dignified and fulfilling life. The focus is on the appreciation of each individual, regardless of their limitations. The Christian image of humanity shapes the work of the HPZ and creates a life-affirming atmosphere in which everyone can accept and appreciate each other. The HPZ values inclusion and participation in social life.

Sustainability:

HPZ St. Laurentius-Warburg strives to continuously improve its services and align them with the needs of the people it supports. It uses the EFQM Model for Excellence as a quality management model and management and control instrument. Clear guidelines and processes regulate the work and apply to the entire company. In order to improve the quality of work and constantly learn, various measures are taken, such as customer and employee surveys, review of processes and self-assessments of work.
