petitini Kinderkrippe is an established provider of day care centers in Munich, specializing in the care and education of children aged six months until they start kindergarten. With several locations in the city, including Großhadern, Kleinhadern, Laim and soon also Schwanthalerhöhe, petitini offers bright, spacious rooms, large playgrounds and craft corners that create a stimulating environment for children's development.

At the heart of petitini's work is the guiding principle "Eyes open!" for education. This forms the basis for an open, respectful and sensitive attitude towards the needs of children and parents of all backgrounds, religions and cultures. The goal is to see and promote each child with their individual resources, strengths and skills.

The pedagogical quality of petitini is characterized by a focus on language and the "edufloris Bildungsblüte". The "edufloris Bildungsblüte" includes sensitive care, stimulation oriented to the child's resources, needs-based and needs-oriented offers as well as an extensive Club Program.

Special attention is paid to language development. All educators are trained in "Zwergensprache", a form of baby sign language that supports children's communication and enjoyment of speaking. By combining spoken word and gesture, language development is playfully promoted.

The petitini team consists of qualified and dedicated professionals, including three permanent educators per group as well as additional pedagogical staff and club educators. Ongoing training of the specialist staff ensures a high pedagogical quality.

petitini values inclusion and considers every child to be equal and equally valuable. Openness to otherness, a lot of tact and sensitivity in working with all participants, an offer in everyday life that recognizes the different needs and meets them, a concept that combines knowledge of different disciplines and professions, cooperation with various specialist departments and framework conditions (e.g. personnel quality and quantity) in which successful inclusion is even possible in the first place.

The goals of the team include the perception of the different life situations and the individual life story of the children in the group, the picking up of interests, needs and deficits, the development of play activities from events in the day care center or from the children's living environment, the recognition of intercultural differences, the positive and tolerant picking up and integration into the events of the day care center, responding to the needs of the children in the daily rhythm, offering materials and play ideas according to their intellectual, social and creative interests and needs and constant communication with the parents.

petitini works closely with other institutions and initiatives in the district, making it easier, for example, to transition to kindergarten.
