The non-profit Baugenossenschaft Lenggries eG, founded in 1948, is a housing company in the Bavarian Alpine foothills. True to the cooperative motto "What one cannot do alone, many can do together," the BGL offers its members secure and affordable housing in an attractive environment.

The cooperative manages over 1000 apartments in the districts of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, Miesbach, Weilheim and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Due to the size of the housing stock, the BGL can guarantee favorable rental prices and professional management.

The aim of the housing cooperative is to guarantee a good, safe and socially responsible housing supply for its members. This is achieved through new construction, ongoing maintenance and modernization of the housing stock, taking into account energy and economic aspects. The residential complexes are located in a scenic area with spacious green areas.

In order to enable members to live well and safely, attention is paid to compliance with the house rules and information is provided on topics such as heating, ventilation and mold prevention.

Membership in the cooperative is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. Members have the right to withdraw from the cooperative by giving notice, whereby the notice is subject to certain deadlines.

The Baugenossenschaft Lenggries eG attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of its members and website visitors. Technical and organizational security measures are used to protect the data against loss, destruction, incorrect changes or unauthorized access by third parties.
