The Hoffbauer-Stiftung is an Evangelical, legally capable ecclesiastical foundation based on the island of Hermannswerder in Potsdam, which for over 120 years has been pursuing a comprehensive non-profit mission in the areas of education, social work, elderly care, hospice work, counseling and pastoral care.
