Jacob Friedrich Bussereau Stiftung

The Jacob Friedrich Bussereau Stiftung is a supra-regional organization that is committed to people with assistance and/or care needs with Christian charity. Founded in the spirit of Prelate Jacob Friedrich Bussereau, who created facilities to improve the living situation of disabled people as early as 1896, and supported by the values of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul, the focus is on the individual with his or her individuality.

The foundation offers a variety of housing options, day care centers and outpatient services in Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria. Around 800 employees are committed to accompanying and supporting people with disabilities and/or the elderly in a dedicated and professional manner, integrating the latest pedagogical approaches and modern care standards.

The foundation's main mission is to promote self-determination, participation and inclusion. It sees every person as an expert in their own life and is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities and/or the elderly find a home and day-structuring offers that meet their individual needs.

The Jacob Friedrich Bussereau Stiftung attaches great importance to quality and humanity. Through continuous development within the framework of quality management, the best possible conditions are created for the people who live with and with the foundation. The aim is to enable living space, a place to live and joy of life, true to the motto: "Home is where I understand and am understood."

The foundation respects the individuality of each person and develops life perspectives that are based on normal everyday life. The residents' right to have a say and participate is of great importance.
