Krankenhaus Agatharied is a modern acute care hospital in the Bavarian Oberland, dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care to its patients with heart. As an academic teaching hospital of the LMU Munich, it offers a broad spectrum of medical services in 11 specialist departments.

The neurology department offers know-how for nerve diseases, including a certified stroke unit (Stroke Unit) for rapid and targeted care of stroke patients.
