editThe Universitätsklinikum Ruppin-Brandenburg (ukrb) is a modern and future-oriented hospital that offers top-level medicine for the Ostprignitz-Ruppin region and beyond. As a university hospital of the Medizinische Hochschule Brandenburg (MHB), the ukrb combines medical know-how, modern healthcare, research and teaching in one location.
With its numerous specialist departments and medical centers, the ukrb covers a broad spectrum of medical services. These include acute and emergency medicine, cardiology, oncology, pneumology, neurology, psychiatry and psychotherapy, as well as gynecology and obstetrics. Specialized centers such as the Breast Cancer Center, Colon Cancer Center, Trauma Center and Spinal Center ensure comprehensive and interdisciplinary care for patients.
A particular focus is on the close networking of research and teaching. As the sponsor of the MHB, the ukrb is committed to training young doctors and thus shaping the medicine of tomorrow. The Clinical Study Center and numerous studies make it possible to integrate the latest findings from research directly into patient care.
The ukrb attaches great importance to patient-oriented and high-quality care. Modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, interdisciplinary cooperation and a dedicated team of doctors and nurses ensure optimal treatment and care for patients. The Central Admission with the emergency room and the Interdisciplinary Admission Station forms the main interface for emergency care and enables rapid and efficient diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses.
The Universitätsklinikum Ruppin-Brandenburg strives to continuously improve and further develop medical care in the region. Through close cooperation with the MHB and other partners, innovative teaching concepts are promoted and medical care, training and research in Brandenburg are sustainably strengthened.
