About My Way® Privatklinik für Psychiatrie
editThe My Way® Privatklinik für Psychiatrie offers holistic, individual and empathetic inpatient treatment for a broad spectrum of mental and psychosomatic illnesses. The focus is on the patient with their personal history, their needs and their life situation. The goal is to show each patient an individual way out of the illness, away from standardized treatment methods.
The clinic treats almost all psychiatric illnesses, including anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorders, burnout, depression, personality disorders, psychoses, secondary addictions, somatoform disorders and trauma-related disorders (PTSD).
The therapy concept is based on intensive individual therapy, supplemented by disorder-specific therapy modules such as mindfulness training, emotional regulation, cognitive training, schema therapy, pain management, self-management, stress tolerance and interpersonal skills. The clinic exclusively uses scientifically based procedures with a high degree of evidence and recommendation.
The mission of the My Way® Clinic is to help patients overcome their mental illness in the long term and achieve a life with few complaints or complete recovery. Emphasis is placed on a life-affirming, warm-hearted and harmonious atmosphere characterized by respect and trust. The clinic activates the strengths and self-healing powers of the patients in order to develop long-term effective concepts.
The clinic regularly measures the quality of results, in particular patient satisfaction, improvement in health status and improvement in quality of life. A professional quality management system ensures a high level of structural and process quality.
The My Way® Privatklinik für Psychiatrie sees itself as a place of well-being and recovery. The clinic is located in the health resort of Reichshof-Eckenhagen, which invites you to relax and breathe deeply. The clinic has 29 modernly furnished guest rooms and offers attractive additional services such as personal coaching and a variety of training measures. An individual aftercare concept includes close cooperation with local doctors and therapists.
The interdisciplinary team at the My Way® Clinic consists of highly qualified specialists, psychologists, psychotherapists and qualified nurses. They consider each person in their entirety in order to give them optimal treatment. The clinic attaches great importance to discretion and privacy.
