editThe BWO Bilden. Wirken. Oberberg. GmbH is a company established for over 50 years that is dedicated to the participation of people with disabilities in working life. What began in 1972 with a small workshop has developed into a significant employer in the Oberbergischer Kreis.
The focus of the BWO's actions is the person with a disability. The goal is to promote the participation and greatest possible independence of the employees. The BWO offers a variety of workshop offerings, from vocational training to curative education work groups to inclusion in the general labor market.
At the same time, the BWO is a competent and reliable partner for industry, business and municipalities. The company stands for quality, professionalism and adherence to deadlines in its production and service offerings. These include assembly and packaging, metalworking (with CNC-controlled machines), paper converting, gardening and landscaping, and a laundry with hot mangle. Own products are manufactured in the basketry, wood workshop and wood manufactory.
