About Norle
editNorle is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and relieving their caregivers since 1995. Under the motto "Normal Life", Norle offers a comprehensive and flexible support system that is oriented towards the individual needs of the clients.
Norle's range of services includes outpatient care and support, shared apartments with outpatient care, advisory services, as well as open offers and leisure activities. In the area of educational support, Norle actively promotes the integration and inclusion of people with disabilities through tailor-made housing options, individual support and sexual counseling. The alTag day center in Ganderkesee also offers a diverse program for participation in social life.
The Norle Foundation complements the offer with projects such as the "Dementia Dance Café", which is realized in cooperation with a dance school and offers people with dementia and their companions an opportunity for active leisure activities.
Norle sees itself as a place full of humanity and joie de vivre, which meets its clients at eye level. The company values flexible work structures, valuable and meaningful work, and a cooperative partnership within the team.
