Youth welfare is understood as a relationship space in which professional competence, a clear attitude, and a deep understanding of individual life situations are paramount. The central values are:
These values form the foundation of daily work and distinguish Sorella through respectful, highly specialized pedagogy.
Since its foundation as a UG (limited liability), Sorella has been building a new offer that rethinks youth welfare. It stands out due to relationship-oriented, structured concepts and invites specialists to actively participate in shaping it. Current positions such as educators or occupational therapists underline the focus on specialization, co-creation, and real impact – away from rigid standards towards well-founded, flexible practice.
Although explicit sustainability initiatives are not described in detail, Sorella is future-oriented: The work aims at long-term participation and independence, promotes resources, and avoids pedagogical stagnation. As an innovative player in the Berlin youth welfare landscape, Sorella contributes to the sustainable development of vulnerable groups by developing viable solutions with partners. With updates until May 2026 (e.g. freiplatzmeldungen.de), the offer remains dynamic and covers needs.
Sorella Jugendhilfe UG stands for professionalism, empathy, and change – a place where youth welfare comes alive and potentials blossom.
