    We are looking for an Application Manager to join our team at H-TEC SYSTEMS. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing commercial software applications required in all business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform application configuration and regression testing, provide technical assistance to end-users, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, proven experience as an Application Manager, familiarity with software application management methodologies, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.


    • Implement and manage commercial SW applications required in all business functions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for an optimized configuration and setup of SW applications
    • Perform application configuration and regression testing to ensure high-quality and reliable applications
    • Support end-users by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and offering timely resolutions
    • Collaborate with SW application vendors and external service providers to ensure best possible user experience
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for application within our organization
    • Support in RfPs and evaluation processes for new SW applications
    • Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to enhance the performance and functionality of existing SW applications


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant business function of the applications such as Engineering etc.
    • Proven experience as an Application Manager or in a similar role
    • Familiarity with SW Application Management methodologies and best practices
    • Experience with database management systems and SQL
    • Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical abilities
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
