The Business Development Manager role involves spearheading expansion into the French market, establishing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.     Aufgaben

    • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations
    • Become an expert on concrete & decarbonization technologies and understand our solution in detail
    • Collaborate closely with the tech team to provide the best solutions to the customers
    • Assist in developing & executing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
    • Represent the company on networking events and industry relevant exhibitions
    • Stay ahead of industry trends & competitors and gather intelligence to identify opportunities and risks

    Voraussetzungen

    • Fluent in English and French, German is a plus
    • Experienced in technical sales or managing large, complex projects or programs
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
    • Structured, pragmatic, result-driven, and experienced in dealing with complexity & ambiguity
    • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
    • Passionate about a positive climate impact
