General Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
- A completed university degree in a relevant discipline
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) is required
- Proven teaching experience at the university level
- Relevant professional experience in the respective field
- A strong publication record or evidence of scholarly research activities in the relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
- Experience in supervising and assessing student work
- Ability to deliver practic-oriented an engaging teachin
Media Management Theory
Teaching Load: 4 Contact Hours per Week
Course Description
This course provides students with a foundation in the key theories and frameworks of strategic management, marketing, media management and innovation in an international context. Topics include management theory, network science, institutional economics, resource- and knowledge-based approaches, innovation research, communication theory, consumer behavior and service marketing. Through the analysis of real-world case studies, students learn to apply theoretical concepts to contemporary business challenges and develop a strong basis for academic research and strategic decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
Ph.D. in Management, Marketing, Media Management & Economics, Business Administration or a related field
Teaching experience in strategic management, marketing, media studies, innovation, or related subjects
Professional experience in management, consulting, marketing, media industries, or research
Research and publications in management, marketing, media, innovation, economics, or related areas
Ability to connect multidisciplinary theories with practical business applications and international case studies.
