    • Provide communications, logistic, and administrative assistance within the Leadership Gift Offers and Experience team
    • Collaborate with frontline fundraisers on donor communication for the executive team
    • Coordinate travel requests for fundraising/stewardship purposes for executives
    • Lead year-end writing process for executive offices
    • Organize cross-departmental meetings and provide support
    • Assist in setting up donor experiences and fundraising campaigns
    • Support the execution of donor trips and recognition initiatives
    • Provide administrative support to the team and Managing Director
    • Assist in scheduling and mentoring interns
    • Perform other required responsibilities


    • Bachelor's degree in human rights, international relations, social science, or related field
    • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
    • Prior office/administration experience with strong organizational skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    • Self-motivated, able to prioritize, work independently, and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
    • Database experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
    • Strong interest in human rights
    • Valid work authorization for the country of residence
