    Aufgaben

    • Field inquiries from international talents, addressing their questions about visa processes, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform.
    • Skillfully prepare documents and application forms, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Collaborate with authorities, coordinating appointments and expediting processes.
    • Keep our customers informed about the progress of their cases.
    • Actively contribute to the continuous growth of our knowledge base.
    • Engage with the product team to ideate and develop exciting new features.

    Voraussetzungen

    • 2+ years of work experience (including working student positions) in customer support or operations.
    • A knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment, where pressure fuels your drive.
    • A hands-on, efficient work ethic that gets things done.
    • Patience as your secret weapon, never succumbing to stress.
    • A natural flair for communication, finding joy in interacting with people.
    • The ability to use data to improve our work.
    • Fluency in English (C1) and German (B1) - the more languages, the merrier!
    • Experience in customer support or as a relocation expert is a bonus!
