Einführung
We are looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to manage, build and develop financial partnerships for Social Impact Award, focusing on early-stage social entrepreneurship through an international network.
Aufgaben
- Developing fundraising strategies for the international SIA team and the entire SIA network
- Scouting potential partners and relevant funding opportunities
- Independently acquiring and building new partnerships with philanthropic, public and private sector actors
- Driving the co-creative development of new partnership packages
- Further developing existing internal structures and working methods of the fundraising team
- Maintaining and supporting existing collaborations, including necessary reporting
Voraussetzungen
- At least 4 years of work experience in fundraising and partnerships
- Existing network to support the role
- Experience in developing attractive partnership offers
- Interest in the development of internal structures for efficient team collaboration
- Motivation to engage with SIA activities and represent them externally
- Willingness to contribute to a holocratically organized team
- Motivation to help shape internal structures of a fast-growing non-profit organization
- Openness to learn and develop with the organization
- Strong identification with the values and goals of SIA
- Independence, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
- Ability to react quickly to unforeseen circumstances
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Very good communication skills and professional appearance
