    Proton is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead all growth activities for their product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving product revenue growth and a strong background in B2C SaaS products. They will be responsible for managing growth, acquisition, and retention strategies across all marketing channels, as well as developing go-to-market plans and pricing strategies. The Growth Lead will also be responsible for optimizing conversion rates and driving the business metrics of the organization. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make a concrete impact on one of Proton's key products.


    • Manage growth, acquisition, and retention strategies and execution across all marketing channels
    • Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies plans and business models
    • Define & champion target audiences, messaging, and positioning
    • Master the competitive landscape and evaluate market gaps and business development opportunities
    • Act as the users’ advocate and the voice of the market
    • Optimize conversion rates across various touchpoints
    • Own and drive the business metrics of the organization
    • Facilitate collaboration between growth, product, engineering, marketing, and data


    • 10+ years of experience in driving product revenue growth
    • People management experience
    • Extensive B2C background in SaaS (tech) product
    • Exceptional project and program management skills
    • Hands-on approach
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset
    • 360° business acumen in marketing, sales, and finance
    • Cost-efficient mindset
