Bringe deine Expertise ein:

AlsMitglied des Management-Teams trägst du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für unseren Vertrieb sowie für die Projektarbeit von eos.uptrade.
Du bist verantwortlich für diefachliche sowie disziplinarische Führungvon insgesamt 10 Mitarbeitenden und steuerst damit den gesamten Vertrieb sowie das komplette Projektportfolio, von der Ressourcenplanung über die Priorisierung zur Qualitätssicherung.
Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und etablierst dich alssouveräner Berater und Impulsgebe****r (w/m/d) für das Management, der/die aktive Beiträge zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts leistet.
Du entwickelst aktiv dieV****ertriebs- und Marktstrategieweiter und stellst deren Umsetzung sicher. Dabei identifizierst du Marktpotenziale, entwickelst Angebotsstrategien und steuerst die Presales-Aktivitäten.
Du entwickelst diePreismodelle für unsere Produkte pro-aktiv im Sinne eines modernen SaaS Anbieters weiter und implementierst diese bei unseren Kunden.
Du bündelst sämtliche Kundenschnittstellen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und übernimmst damit eine zentrale Rolle für dieKundenzufriedenheit.
Du fungierst alsTreiber des Sales & der Projektentwicklung mit geeigneten Methoden und Instrumenten inklusive der Förderung einheitlicher Angebots- und Projektmanagement-Standards.
AlsSchnittstelle zum Produktteam identifizierst du neue Markt- und Produktchancen und steuerst diese in die Produktentwicklung ein.
Zusammen mit den Projektorganisationen unserer MuttergesellschaftenHacon und Siemens Mobility sorgst du in übergreifenden Projekten für reibungslose Abläufe und zufriedene Stakeholder.
Im Projektmanagement übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Steuerung von Change Requests sowie die Maximierung der Projektprofitabilität.
Darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv an der Strategie des Vertriebs und des Projektmanagements sowie der Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen mit.
WesentlicheKPIs deiner Rolle sind:Auftragseingang, Umsatz, Profitabilität, Termintreue und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Was brauchst du?

Du verfügst über ein erfolgreichabgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium,beispielsweise in BWL mit Schwerpunkt,Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT-Consulting oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung imVertrieboder in derSteuerung von Angebots- und Presales-Prozessenin der Softwareentwicklung.
Zudem überzeugst du durch langjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung i mIT-Projektmanagement****im Softwareumfeld, idealerweise in der Mobilititätsbranche.
Du bringstFührungserfahrung mit einem modernen,ergebnisorientierten Führungsstil mit – du entwickelst Menschen und Teams weiter.
Dich zeichnetstarkes unternehmerisches Denkenaus – du handelst eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und mit Blick fürs große Ganze.
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse inagilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden.
Durch deintechnisches Verständniskannst du mit Entwickler:innen und Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren.
Du hast Erfahrung in derstrategischen Kundenberatungsowie im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Du bringst verhandlungssichereDeutsch- sowie sehr guteEnglischkenntnisse mit.

Strategic leadership role in digital mobility

Your responsibilities:

As a member of the management team, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for our sales and project work at eos.uptrade.
You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary managementof a total of 10 employees, overseeing the entire sales department and the complete project portfolio, from resource planning and prioritization to quality assurance.
You will report directly to the management and establish yourself as a **confident advisor and source of inspiration (f/m/d)**for the management, actively contributing to the further development of the business.
You will actively develop the sales and market strategyand ensure its implementation. In doing so, you will identify market potential, develop offering strategies, and manage presales activities.
You will proactively develop****pricing models for our products in line with a modern SaaS provider and implement them for our customers.
You will bundle all customer interfaces in your area of responsibility, thereby assuming a central role in customer satisfaction.
You will act as a driver of sales and project development using appropriate methods and tools, including the promotion of uniform quotation and project management standards.
As the interface to the product team, you will identify new market and product opportunities and feed these into product development.
Together with the project organizations of our parent companies Hacon and Siemens Mobility, you will ensure smooth processes and satisfied stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
In project management, you will be responsible for managing change requests and maximizing project profitability.
In addition, you will play an active role in sales and project management strategy and in optimizing structures and processes.
Key KPIs for your role are: order intake, revenue, profitability, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a university degree, for example in business administration with a focus on business informatics or IT consulting, or comparable training.
You have several years of experience in sales or in managing quotationand presales processes in software development.
In addition, you have many years of professional and management experience in IT project management in the software environment, ideally in the mobility industry.
You have leadership experiencewith a modern, results-oriented management style—you develop people and teams.
You are characterized by strong entrepreneurial thinking—you act independently, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for the big picture.
You have in-depth knowledge of agile and classic project managementmethods.
Your technical understanding enables you to communicate with developers and customers on an equal footing.
You have experience in strategic customer consulting and in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
You have business fluentGermanand very good English skills.
