The Human Resources Officer (Recruitment and Selection) is responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection processes within the organization. They will post vacancy notices, review applications, arrange written tests, and organize selection panels. They will also provide guidance on selection processes and procedures, research and analyze individual cases requiring the interpretation of rules, and ensure correct and complete documentation of selection files. Additionally, they will support outreach efforts to promote diversity in recruitment, analyze existing HR recruitment policies and practices, and recommend improvements. The position requires a first level degree in human resources management or a relevant field, at least three years of experience in human resources management, and excellent command of English, French, or Spanish. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HR principles and concepts, good analytical skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
