Einführung
The International Consultant - Senior Expert /Energy Security, Evaluation (SSA) is responsible for conducting an independent evaluation of the OSCE's work on Energy Security. The evaluation aims to provide accountability for results, inform organizational learning, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. The consultant will be responsible for data collection and analysis, reviewing the OSCE's work on energy security, conducting field visits, and preparing various deliverables including an inception report, field visit reports, and an evaluation report with recommendations.
Aufgaben
- Perform data collection and analysis
- Carry out an in-depth review of OSCE's work on energy security
- Conduct field visits and prepare field visit reports
- Prepare an Inception Report outlining the evaluation approach and methods
- Prepare an Evaluation Report and Power Point Presentation Slides
