    Einführung

    Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Lithium-ion Battery Electrolyte Specialist with a focus on high-power applications. The specialist will be responsible for developing electrolytes tailored for high-power lithium-ion battery applications and advancing the performance and efficiency of the battery technology. The specialist will work closely with the research and development team, collaborate with other teams, and ensure the quality and reliability of the developed electrolyte formulations throughout the manufacturing process.

    Aufgaben

    • Develop electrolytes tailored for high-power applications
    • Evaluate and select suitable electrolyte components, solvents, salts, and additives
    • Plan and execute extensive testing and evaluation of electrolyte formulations
    • Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrolyte chemistry and related technologies
    • Collaborate with battery materials and engineering teams to understand application requirements
    • Implement quality control procedures for developed electrolyte formulations
    • Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and test results
    • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations

    Vorraussetzungen

    • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in lithium-ion battery electrolyte development
    • Deep understanding of electrolyte chemistry and electrochemical processes in lithium-ion batteries
    • Knowledge of battery materials and electrode-electrolyte interactions
    • Experience with battery testing techniques and data analysis tools
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, problem-solving skills
