Marketplace Manager DE (German speaking - Cologne or Amsterdam)

The Marketplace Manager DE will join a rapidly growing business with ambitious plans to expand services in Germany and the rest of Europe. They will play a key role in growing the online B2C proposition and optimizing sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and Conrad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in B2C online sales, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a bachelor's or master's degree. They should also have an entrepreneurial spirit, a commercial mindset, and excellent analytical skills. The company values zero-waste, growth, caring, and a problem-solving mindset. The role offers flexible hours, a hybrid way of working, and the possibility to work abroad for two weeks each year.
Aufgaben
- Optimize sales channels in terms of revenue, ratings, and offers
- Place product specific information on the sites in cooperation with the channels
- Add new channels and integrate them with the internal development team
- Analyze data using systems such as Metabase and Power BI
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement on current marketplaces
Vorraussetzungen
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2C online sales
- Knowledge of German marketplaces and understanding of local customers
- Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial mindset, and excellent analytical skills
