The Programme Associate position at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin is a part-time administrative role in the Office of the Master's Programme International Health. The main responsibilities include communicating with applicants and students, administrating student affairs, creating newsletters, maintaining the website, preparing accounting and orders, and providing occasional administrative support for teaching. The ideal candidate should have relevant education and training in office management/administration and communication, excellent organizational and communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and a very good command of the English language. Professional experience in education and training, as well as in low-/middle-income countries or international organizations in the health sector, is an asset. The position offers a relaxed but highly professional collaboration in a familiar, motivated, interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for personal and professional development. The working time is part-time with 31.2 (80%) hours per week, and the application deadline is on November 5, 2023.
Aufgaben
- Communicating with applicants and students of the Master’s programme
- Administrating the students
- Creating the Newsletter
- Maintaining the website
- Preparing accounting, orders
- Occasionally administrative support for teaching
Vorraussetzungen
- Relevant education and training (Secondary education, preferably in office management/administration, communication)
- Very good organisational and excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Very good command of the English language
- Professional experience in education and training is an asset
- Professional experience in low-/middle-income countries or in international organizations in the health sector is an asset
- Proven ability to work in a team
