    Spielfeld Digital Hub is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and a passion for social media, as well as a good feel for using various social media platforms. They should also have experience or interest in video and photo editing, and be familiar with marketing support software and analytics tools. The candidate should have an interest in corporate innovation, startups, technology, and digitalization, and should be trend-aware with a sense of humor. The position offers flexible working hours and a creative work atmosphere with a close-knit, motivated team.     • Preparing social media posts and updating social media pages
    • Creating visual (graphics, photos, video) and written content
    • Research and development of features for our monthly newsletter and blog
    • Co-development of the Spielfeld content strategy
    • Analyzing social media statistics and preparing reports
    • Engagement with our community on social media platforms


    • Native German speaker, fluent in English (professional/C1-Level)
    • Hands-on experience and a passion for social media is a must (please be prepared to provide examples)
    • A degree or schoolwork with focus on content marketing, media, online marketing, digital business is not required but is a plus!
    • A good feel for how to use social media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok)
    • Experience and interest with video and photo editing
    • Experience with (or willingness to learn) marketing support software like Canva, Google Suite, Hootsuite, and various analytics tools
    • An interest in corporate innovation, startups, technology, and digitalization
    • Trend awareness and a feel for the zeitgeist
    • Reliable with good organizational skills
    • Creativity and a sense of humor
