Einführung
The Training Coordinator position at Vestas is a temporary role responsible for coordinating all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE. The ideal candidate should have a background in training, administration, or communication, and should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should also be independent, creative, and detail-oriented. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and flexibility for travel activities. Aufgaben
- Creating and maintaining relevant training tools and templates
- Create and manage POs/ PRs for training activities
- Remaining up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in
- Maintaining and developing relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Forecasting and booking technical training as well as safety-related courses- both internal and external
- Helping Line Management plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees
Voraussetzungen
- Background within training, administration, communication or similar
- Service-minded and good networking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- German language skills are a bonus
- Independent, creative, and takes ownership
- Attention to detail, pragmatic, structured, and good time management skills
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 applications
- Flexible for travel activities
