Einführung

They are committed to achieving sustainable change and enhancing the living conditions of people in partner countries. They respond quickly to disasters and conflicts and promote gender equality. They are currently looking for a Working Student in Controlling and Compliance to support their International Cooperation Division.
Aufgaben
- Support of the International Cooperation Division in project controlling and compliance management
- Analysis, improvement, and documentation of internal departmental processes
- Support in reporting using MS Excel
- Support in maintaining financial and project management systems
- Support in reviewing supporting documents, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects
- Research work and preparation of project information in graphs, tables, and presentations
- Assist in the development and enhancement of a knowledge management system
- Flexible tasks as needed
Vorraussetzungen
- Student in the field of economics/social sciences with basic knowledge in accounting and controlling
- Available for at least one year
- Independent and structured work
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Affinity for numbers and systems
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, good knowledge of German, French and Spanish would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
