Own the build-up and scaling of the Bars business (Protein-, Muesli-, other Bars) within the ESN Brand., Turn the category into a high-velocity, innovation-driven growth engine — combining strong product-market fit, winning formats and best-in-class commercial execution across channels., Operate with full business ownership: steering growth, profitability, assortment complexity and innovation speed., Own the revenue, margin and growth trajectory of the Bars business and steer core KPIs such as velocity, repeat, margin and channel performance., Define and drive a clear growth strategy with explicit trade-offs (e.g. hero SKUs vs. complexity) and translate it into focused execution., Partner closely with leadership and finance on budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking., Build and scale a winning bars portfolio across segments (e.g. protein, muesli) and drive end-to-end portfolio decisions (formats, flavors, pack sizes, pricing tiers)., Define and evolve a clear line architecture, balance innovation speed with SKU discipline, and translate consumer, taste and usage insights into strong product bets., Work closely with R&D, supply chain and procurement to ensure speed, scalability and operational excellence., Define channel-specific strategies (DTC, Amazon, retail) and execute across pricing, promotion, assortment, activation and full-funnel marketing to win in high-frequency environments., Lead a high-performing team and cross-functional setup, drive velocity and ROI through data-led decisions, reduce complexity, and create clarity through prioritization and resource allocation.
